Windows 11 24H2 Support with KRTS 11.18

The upcoming Windows 11 Version 24H2 is scheduled to release this fall according to Microsoft. As we have been doing for some time now, we will once again strive to ensure compatibility of Kithara RealTime Suite with the new Windows update as quickly as possible. Therefore, the release of the next KRTS version 11.18 is currently slated for shortly after the arrival of 24H2, within a few days.

Already in May, Microsoft made the corresponding preview version available for testing as part of the insider program. The initial trial runs that we were able to conduct on our test systems, make us confident to be able to implement the support within the mentioned time frame.

Of course, we are even more exited about the year 2025, when we can very likely expect Windows 12 to arrive. However, naturally, it will be a few more months before we can go into detail about this.

Will you still use 32-bit Windows as target plattform in the future?
