Installation Workaround for Windows 10

Oops! What happened here? Weren't Kithara's drivers usually signed?

This message is caused by Windows 10 1604 aka the "Anniversary Update" which introduced a new driver signing policy. Although our real-time Windows drivers have usually been digitally signed to now, for compatibility reasons with older Windows versions, we currently cannot follow this new policy right away.

However, there is an easy workaround for this. If possible, just disable "Secure Boot" in the BIOS/UEFI settings for it to work.

In a future version this will not be necessary anymore.
