Kithara Software enters partnership with SP Vision Technology
Kithara Software, specialist for industrial real time, has announced its partnership with the company SP Vision Technology Co., Ltd.. The Thailand-based provider for industrial vision solutions will assume the distribution business of the Kithara real-time software in this region.
Thanks to the business partnership with SP Vision Technology, led by Sompong Lertpolpairoj, Kithara Software expands the market presence of the real-time operating system Kithara RealTime Suite not only once again in the Asian region but now also specifically in Thailand. With its extended expertise in image processing, SP Vision Technology also represents an ideal sales partner thematically. This focus is particularly beneficial for Kithara, as machine vision has been one of the most important fields of application of Kithara RealTime Suite for years and continues to be one of the areas with the greatest potential for further growth. This allows SP Vision Technology to be able to provide customers with comprehensive advice about the Kithara product range for real-time capture and processing, as well as the necessary hardware (industrial cameras, frame grabbers) and software (image processing libraries).
The Berlin-based company expects the new partnership to again boost the growth of its Asian business, in particular due to the continuously increasing demand for machine vision systems especially in the Asian market. This is also one of the driving factors as to why new and further developments of real-time vision technologies have a high priority at Kithara Software.
