New Version 9.62
In the following days we will provide our customers with the download for the final version 9.62d of the »RealTime Suite« and, for testing purposes, the new version 9.63 via our service portal. The Version 9.63, for the first time, also supports the new Windows 10. For the automotive field, FlexRay can now be used in real-time as well.
Windows 10 Drawing Near
Windows 10 is coming on July 29th. For the release date and with the final tests we will provide our customers with the new Version 9.63. Take note that real-time capabilites can only be achieved in "dedicated" mode. Allocate one or more CPU cores exclusively for hard real-time in the microsecond range!
Testing Expo 2015 in Detroit
The Testing Expo in Detroit is North Americas largest trade show for testing technologies in the automotive field. For the first time, Kithara will take part as an exhibitor in Destroit and is looking forward to establishing many new contacts with automobile manufacturers and suppliers. We will see you from October 22 to 24, 2015!
FlexRay - The Fast Automotive Bus
With FlexRay – the fast bus system for the car of the future – the »RealTime Suite« will soon have covered the support of all the relevant bus systems in the automotive field. This enables automobile manufacturers and suppliers as well as test system engineers to employ PC-based real-time communication for the monitoring and testing of components and systems.

New Version of the DOS Enabler
With the new version 9.61 of the »DOS Enabler«, DOS applications can be integrated into the Windows environment more easily. New features include startup via desktop icon or autorun registry entry, automatic closing of the DOS Window or rebooting of the PC, access to drives and many more.
Improved MultiTasking real-time properties
The properties of the multitasking real-time system of the »RealTime Suite« have been greatly improved with Version 9.61. On several systems and configurations, jitter has been decreased by up to 80%. Additionally, network interrupts, CAN interrupts as well as UART interrupts now run completely within the task context.
